Botany 111 Term Project Week 3

This third week (Nov.6), I observed the following changes to my MicroAquarium:

-I have learned from this week's observations that the vorticellia have nearly died out. Their remains surround the plants in the MicroAquarium along with very few live ones.
-The number of brachiopods had decreased greatly. They are still scattered throughout the aquarium, but an estimate of about 50 had been observed.
-There seems to be an addition of what I identified as nematodes. I observed one very large one in the brownish moss and one small one swimming about. I tried numerous times to catch them in a picture, but their movements caused too much blurring.
-There seems to be more non-moving debris in the aquarium.
-The unidentified fast moving insect is no longer seen swimming about.

The significant decrease of organisms is making my aquarium seem a bit less lively.
